1. Who we are

Bon Manière Ltd is a company registered in the Republic of Mauritius, business registration number [REGISTRATION NUMBER], with its registered office at [STREET ADDRESS], Port Mathurin, Rodrigues. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Bon Manière" mean Bon Manière Ltd.

You can reach us at hello@bonmaniere.io or [PHONE NUMBER].

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and to the products we operate: Bon Manière Delivery, Bon Manière Rezerv and Bon Manière Ticketing. Individual products may have additional terms, and where they differ, the product terms apply to that product.

3. Our role is a platform, not a seller

This is the most important thing to understand about how our services work.

  • Bon Manière Delivery. The merchant you order from is the seller of the goods. The merchant sets the price, keeps ownership of the goods until delivery, and is responsible for the goods themselves. We provide the platform and arrange delivery.
  • Bon Manière Rezerv. The property, tour operator or rental business is the provider of the service you book, and contracts with you directly. We provide the booking platform.
  • Bon Manière Ticketing. The event organiser is responsible for the event, its admission conditions, and any change or cancellation. We provide the ticketing platform.

In each case we act as agent for introduction and, where applicable, for collection of payment. We are not the seller of the goods, services or tickets, and we do not become a party to the contract between you and the merchant, property or organiser.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers. We do not store card numbers or full payment credentials on our systems. Depending on the product and the merchant, payment may be made online by card or mobile wallet, by scanning a merchant QR code, or in cash on delivery.

All prices are shown in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) unless stated otherwise. The merchant, property or organiser sets the price; we do not.

5. Fees we charge

Where you are a business using our platform, we charge a commission or subscription fee as set out in your agreement with us. We invoice these fees to you separately; we do not deduct them from your customers’ payments. Fees are payable in MUR and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

6. Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to use our services to break the law, to interfere with the service or its security, to misrepresent who you are, or to place orders or bookings you do not intend to honour.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used in breach of these terms, or where we are required to do so by law or by a payment provider.

7. Availability

We work to keep our services running but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be unavailable during maintenance, network outages or events outside our control.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for the quality, safety, legality or delivery of goods, services or events supplied by merchants, properties or organisers, and our total liability to you in connection with our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date it last changed. Material changes affecting business clients will be notified by email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and the courts of Mauritius have jurisdiction over any dispute.
